Logistic Coordinator

Your role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and material between our sites and to/from our customer. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient logistics operations.

Your key activities may include:

  • Coordinate and manage activities related to the import and export of goods/material

  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance and shipment

  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and standards

  • Collaborate with internal departments and liaise with customs agents, shipping companies, and clients to ensure timely delivery of goods

  • Track shipments and provide updates to clients and internal teams

  • Resolve any issues that arise during the shipping process

Your profile

We are looking for you who are positive, thrives as a team player, adapt a structured and systematized way of working and have a strong personal drive.

Additional qualifications that would set you apart include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related experience

  • Experience as a Logistics Coordinator with a focus on export and import is a plus

  • Knowledge in international trade regulations and customs procedures

  • Organizational and multitasking skills

  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools

  • Skills for collaboration and enjoy working in an environment with many different contacts and from time-to-time tight deadlines

  • Knowledge and experience about our products or from the defence industry

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
